WHO IS MYP FOR?
MYP is for the MVPs, and you are the MVP of your life.
1. MVP (n.): Anybody who puts in work, mentally and physically.
I.e: Recreational, Youth, High-school, Collegiate, and Professional Athletes, and the mighty weekend warriors
Our goal is to help our MVPs (you!) recover from your workouts, practices, and games, and return to equilibrium. Get ready to feel and perform at your best with our scientific based and proven approach to mindfulness, yoga and pilates.
MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present and aware of where we are and what we’re doing. This includes not overly reacting or becoming overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.
When MVPs practice Mindfulness:

YOGA
Yoga combines body alignment, breath work, and functional mobility to restore and inhibit injuries while integrating with each individual or team's current strength and conditioning programs.

Improved Everyday Movements
PILATES
Pilates for active recovery is used to instill proper body function and movement. Pilates reinforces the bond between mind and muscle helping athletes engage the right muscles in the core. We offer mat pilates, as well as private reformer sessions.

The MYP Athletes' programming varies per sport and season. On average, we recommend a one-session minimum per week for two months to optimize on and off the field benefits. MYP personnel is in conversation with coaches and strength and conditioning staff, customizing the sequence to team needs. All MYP equipment is provided. MYP assistants are available based on the size of team. Post programming, athletes that have continued their MYP practice continue to see physical and mental results.
