WHO IS MYP FOR?

MYP is for the MVPs, and you are the MVP of your life.

1. MVP (n.): Anybody who puts in work, mentally and physically.

I.e: High-school and collegiate athletes, weekend warriors, parents, 9 to 5-ers, service workers, and more.

Our goal is to help our MVPs (you!) recover from your work and return to an equilibrium where you can feel and perform at your best by providing a scientific based and proven approach to mindfulness, yoga and pilates.

MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present and aware of where we are and what we’re doing. This includes not overly reacting or becoming overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

When MVPs practice Mindfulness:

  • Improves Athletic Performance

  • Reduced Stress & Anxiety

  • Better Focus and Decision Making

YOGA

Yoga combines body alignment, breath work, and functional mobility to restore and inhibit injuries while integrating with each individual or team's current strength and conditioning programs.

When MVPs practice Yoga:

  • Studies show that athletes have longer, more prolific careers

  • Common injuries are prevented

  • Reduces overall pain

  • Improved Everyday Movements

PILATES

When MVPs practice Pilates:

  • Better posture and overall control of the body’s movements

  • Improves strength, balance core stability and range of motion.
